OKExChain is a public blockchain initiative developed by OKEx that comprises a set of open-source chains that can be used as a platform for decentralized applications, including DEXs. For more detailed information, check out our guide to OKExChain.
This month saw the continued progress of OKExChain, with upgrades to the testnet and a number of features nearing the completion of their development.
The following report gives an overview of the technical improvements on OKExChain, which enhance the platform’s safety and efficiency to the benefit of its users.

The OKExChain testnet has been upgraded to v0.12.0
The OKExChain testnet has been upgraded in four ways.
The core feature of the v0.12.0 upgrade is to support the SWAP module. Users can swap tokens, create pools, and add or withdraw liquidity based on OKExChain SWAP. Additionally, the prefix of the address has been changed from OKChain to OKExChain, and the binary files have been changed from OKChaincli to OKExChaincli, and OKChaind to OKExChaind.
Finally, the mint module has been changed to deflation mode.
The AmmSwap module has been completed
The AmmSwap module allows for four core features:
- The creation of a liquidity pool for any token
- The increasing of liquidity
- The reduction of liquidity
- The swapping of tokens
At the same time, it provides five query interfaces — including price inquiries and liquidity inquiries.
The Wasm smart contract is 95% complete
The alpha version of the cosmwasm-go project has been completed and submitted to the cosmwasm community.
Based on the cosmwasm-go project, the programming language has been adopted to develop ERC-20 contracts and has passed the cosmwasm-simulate test.
Work has also begun on the OKExChain EVM.
OKExChain’s yield-framing feature is 90% complete
The planning of yield farming has been completed, as well as the definition of the command-line interface of the Farm module.
The basic code framework of the Farm module — including the algorithm prototype development of lock, unlock and claim, as well as the handling process of the three — has been completed.
The logic development of the Farm feature is 90% complete and has begun its testing.
